Order Information
How do I find an item - I'm looking for a particular product? [Top]It's easy! There are easy ways you can search for a particular product you are looking for...
One way is using the "Search" text box, located in the upper left hand corner of the page. You can enter a word, a phrase or simply an item #. This method will bring you to all of our items that correspond with your entry.
Another way is by individually clicking the categories located under the "Our Products" title, conveniently located on the left hand side of every page. By doing this you can browse through entire categories at a time. This will allow you to shop through our many products, constantly bringing you to new findings with every single click!
How do I place and order? [Top]
After adding an item to your shopping cart, simply click the "checkout" button; enter your credit card and billing - shipping information. Select your delivery preference and then press "Submit" - It's as easy as that!
Can I cancel my order online? [Top]
You may request to cancel an order during regular business hours by calling Customer Service. Please keep in mind that if your order has already been processed and shipped, our Customer Service team will be unable to cancel your order. If you decide you do not want the merchandise you ordered, you may return it with in the return privilege. Shipping and Handling fees will ONLY be refunded for cancelled orders if the merchandise has NOT yet been shipped.
Shipping Information
How quickly will I receive my order? [Top]The fulfillment of items in stock takes place within 48 hours of order confirmation. To assure the safest delivery of your purchase we ship our packages UPS Insured. We at times use the U. S. Postal Service for ground shipments on orders under $50 in value to parts of the country our fulfillment demographics support. For your convenience we have provided a UPS chart in our "Shipping Center" for an approximate delivery timeline
Can I request express delivery? [Top]
Yes you can .. options are available in our check out process for regular round, overnight, 2-day, and 3-day delivery as offered by UPS. Delivery options can be upgraded for an additional charge by calling our customer service line at (800) 997-9843 once an order has been placed.
Can I ship to an APO or FPO address? [Top]
At this time we are unable to ship to either APO or FPO addresses. For additional information regarding U.S. Postal shipments feel free to cal our Customer Service team.
If I live outside the US can I order from CollectorsAlliance.com? [Top]
At this time collectorsalliance.com only accepts orders from within the United States.
How can I check the status of my order? [Top]

Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address? [Top]
Unfortunately, not at this time. Due to issues of credit card fraud we do not ship orders to address other than the billing address associated with your credit card.

What payment options are available? [Top]We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, America Express, Discover and Diners Club. Debit Cards with Visa and MasterCard logos are also accepted. We also accept payment via Paypal .. please contact our Customer Service department for further details.Should you wish to place an order using a method of payment not listed, please call our sales office at (800) 997-9843 to speak with one of our sales representatives who will be happy to assist you.
How do I pay by phone? [Top]
To order by phone call one of our sales associates at ( 800 ) 997 - 9843. Our representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST.
Where do I send my Check or Money Order? [Top]
Checks and other forms of payment should be made payable to Collectors Alliance and mailed to:

To expedite your order write make sure you include your order number, customer number if applicable, name, and shipping information.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax? [Top]
State law requires us to collect and submit sales tax on all merchandise for orders shipped within New Jersey.
Returns
How do I return an item? [Top]Most merchandise can be returned for any reason within our 30 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund of the purchase amount plus tax ( if applicable ), less shipping and handling. We typically do not reimburse return shipping & handling fees. Shipping and Handling fees will ONLY be refunded if the return is due to our error, or the merchandise was damaged during shipment. We will need to list our process as on the back of our new invoice here as well. We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment.
How do I exchange an item? [Top]
To get an exchange, please contact our Customer Service department at ( 800 ) 997 - 9843 within 30 days of receipt of the package.
When should I expect to receive credit for my return? [Top]
If you mailed in a return we ask that you allow 15 days for the package to reach us. Our returns department typically credits returns with 48 business hours after we receive the return in our facility.
How will I be reimbursed for my return? [Top]
Your reimbursement will be based on your original payment method.
