If you should receive a damaged shipment or suspect a shipment is damaged, please notify Collectors Alliance immediately. Do not discard or destroy the original shipping carton.

Altered products or packaging will not be accepted as returns. Return postage and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. We can only credit the original method of payment. Please use the return label provided on the front of your invoice to expedite your return or exchange. We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment.
