How do I return an item?
We’re committed to your total satisfaction and we hope you are pleased with your order. All items must be returned in their original condition. Altered products or packaging will not be accepted as returns. Return postage and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. We can only credit the original method of payment. Please use the return label provided on the front of your invoice to expedite your return or exchange. We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment.

How do I exchange an item?
To get an exchange, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-997-9843 within 30 days of receipt of the package.

When should I expect to receive credit for my return?
If you mailed in a return we ask that you allow 15 days for the package to reach us. Our returns department typically credits returns with 48 business hours after we receive the return in our facility.

How will I be reimbursed for my return?
Your reimbursement will be based on your original payment method.
