About this Product

The 1935 Peace Dollar is the last 90% silver dollar issued for circulation by the US Mint -- the End of an Era. This collection includes both the Philadelphia Mint ( P ) and the San Francisco Mint ( S ) issues.

The Peace Dollar was issued between 1921 and 1935. It was released as a "Peace" commemorative after WWI. One of the more unique features on the peace dollar is to motto "In God We Trust" .. the word trust is actually spelled TRVST .. with the V signifying victory on WWI. The Peace dollar is also the only coin in US History released with out congressional sanction, under the terms of the Pittman Act.

Both dollars are in circulated, collector condition and presented in our air tight capsule and black velvet pouch.
