Looney Tunes was one of the first animated shows ever made by Warner Brothers, and their new 1oz silver coins are some of the hottest things on the market. The series started earlier this year with the 2022 Bugs Bunny 1oz silver coin.

Daffy Duck's first appearance was way back in 1937 when he starred in "Porky's Duck Hunt", and ever since then he has been considered an American cultural icon. Between 1937 and 1968 alone, he starred in over 130 cartoons. Since 1968, Daffy, Bugs, and the rest of the Looney Tunes gang have appeared in hundreds more cartoons, movies, video games, toys, and even have their very own rides and attractions at the Six Flags amusement parks.

He is without question one of the most iconic cartoon characters of all time, and his silver dollars are sure to be as sought after as the hard-to-find Bugs Bunny coin from earlier this year.

These new 2022 1 oz silver Daffy Duck coins feature Bugs' best friend and roommate's now iconic angry stance with his shoulders hunched and fists clenched. Like the Bugs Bunny coin earlier this year, he also is standing in front of the layered circles that has become synonymous with Warner Bros. and the Looney Tunes. The reverse of each coin features a rendition of Queen Elizabeth II above the Samoan coat of arms.

These silver dollars have been struck on behalf of the island nation of Samoa and will have an incredibly small mintage of just 15,000 total coins just like the Bugs Bunny.
