He holds the record for the most season in Modern Baseball (from 1900-today) with 27 seasons and ranks 1st all-time in Strike-outs, no hitters, and fewest hits allowed per inning! In fact, tomorrow marks the anniversary of Nolan Ryan striking out his 5,000th batter!
